CD4069UB

HTC Korea CD4069UB consist of six inverter circuits. These devices are intended for all general-purpose inverter applications where the medium-power TTL- drive and logic-level-conversion capabilities of circuits are not required. Each of the six inverters is a single stage.

CD4069UB features :

• Wide operating voltage range of 3.0V to 18.0V
• Maximum input current of 1μA at 18V over full package-temperature range, 100nA at 18V and 25°C
• Standardized symmetrical output characteristics
